Second Key To Success - Energy

before i start talking about the next key for success let me give you a small example from life about the energy for example if you want to go to your work in the morning what would be the 1st thing you would do of course getting out of bed , taking a shower , getting dressed and eating your breakfast.
eating your breakfast is the 1st step you do to tell your body that you are getting ready to do effort and activities that need energy , that energy is generated from from digesting the food in your system and then you are ready , as simple as this achieving your goals needs energy from you , this energy is generated when you are highly motivated to achive this goals but you need more than motivation to generate large amount of energy in this article i’ll teach you how to increase your energy levels to an extenet you have never though you had.

Highly successful people they work hard and play hard :) , also they are working smart planning time for their work and also managing time for themselves , they eat well and they execrsie regularly and they don’t have ba habits like smoking or drinking.

Then there are people whose their success and lives revolves around work, they have one major goal in their lives is to  work , grow their business and achive more profit and decrease the losses, and earn more money, Financialy those people are successful but in other parts of their lives they achive a great failure.
They have bad eating habits, they are heavy smokers and sometimes smoking in deadly rates, drink too much coffee and alcohol , they rarely execrsie therefore they suffer of bad health and they always complain about them having no time to do anything in their live but work, no wonder that they live a life full of stress and depression which is the fast way to die with heart attacks and diseases.

Then there are the type of people who live in a routine life, they wakeup in the morning start the day with a cup of coffee and smoke a cigarette, then go to work , have their lunch break, then go back home watch T.V then go to bed to repeat the same scenario, they also have the bad habits we talked about before in eating, smoking , drinking and not execrsing.

So to live a healthy life and generate more energy in it you need 1st to know the types of energy that we will be focusing on and we will know the energy thieves and the energy triggers that will help you increase your energy levels in you.

Physical Energy :
of course you know that your body is made of cells and those cells are the corner stone for your body if they are healthy inside you will be healthy our side and then generate large amount of energy, in order for those cells to work properly they need oxygen and this comes from breathing the right way , your body can survive without water and food for servral days but can’t survive without breathing for five minutes, that shows you the importance of breathing but most people dont know how to breath :) believe it or not.
to breath rightly inhale from your nose, fill your lungs with air, hold the air for count of ten then finally exhale slowly from your mouth. repeat this execrsie for 10 times a day increasing the holding period and the inhaling time.

Eating
Tell me what you eat i’ll tell you how healthy you are, its a fact that what we eat affects us directly wether in a negative or positive way like for example if you eat healthy and balanced food you will feel healthy and energetic which will make you feel more productive in your life but if you depend on junk and unbalanced food that will always make you feel lazy and no energy because all your body energy will be consumed in digestion.
Thats why food is an important factor in the process of generating energy in our lives actually its that main source ofgenerating the energy we need.

Excersie
When people think of sports or excersie they always think of it as a task that should be done and get rid of it as soon as possible and also they think of it as a painful process.
excersie should be associated with fun , try getting in to a health club and think of it as a fun as a game,  when you are playing you will have fun and enjoy time and expand your social network by meeting new and nice people all of this will energize you and you will get the benefit of it.
you can swim or walk or jogg for half an a hour a day and you will notice the differnce in your life and health you will be more energetic and happier in your life.

Mental Energy :
when you have a goal and you want to reach it, that generates mental energy for you, to be able to generate more mental energy for yourself , try writting down your goals and keep affirming to your self that you can do it and this will generate the mental energy you need to achieve your goals.
try this with a small, smiple goal like loosing extra weight, if you think this could be done and you keep confirming to your self that you can do it, you will feel stronger and you will fight any food temptation you find in front of you.

Emotional Energy :
we have to agree on one thing that the emotional energy that we have is generated from inside of us, meaning that this energy comes from within us, you need to connect with your inner self to be able to generate this energy , also many spirtual programs help you achieve this connection like yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, all you need is to figure out the way that will get your emotional energy out of you and then feel the plast of energy thats getting out of you .

As a conclusion to our discussion here energy can be generated in many sources and in many ways all we need to know is how to generate it and keep it to keep the fire inside of us burnning, to achieve what ever we desire in our lives , in later post i’ll be talking deeply in this and how to keep the energy and save it from the energy thieves but this shall be it for today , wait for my next post about how to be improve and develope your skills to be a success achiever.
