I passed it over cause I thought it was a kids story book. Luckily a friend of mine, recommended reading this book. Really got me thinking. Another great book co-authored by Dr. Spencer Johnson is " The One Minute Manager" This book also tells you in story form how to manage your employees to increase productivity in the workplace.
